01Parties and Acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are between Waycon Technologies (“Waycon”) and you (“User”), the person using the Waycon mobile app and website. By installing the app, creating an account or using the services you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the app and remove it from your device.
02The Service
Waycon is a mobile app for motorcyclists offering group intercom over the cellular network, live location sharing, automatic crash detection, an AI-assisted accident report wizard, bike and ride tracking (“My Garage”) and community features.
The basic intercom is free. Some features may become part of a paid subscription in the future; price and scope will be stated clearly in the app.
03Safety Notice — Important
- Do not interact with your phone while riding. The app is designed for gloved and voice use, but following traffic rules and local law is your responsibility.
- Crash detection may produce false positives or negatives. If you see the countdown and you are fine, cancel it.
- Weather alerts are forecasts; do not base riding decisions on them alone.
- The report produced by the assistant is a draft. Official validity requires the parties’ signatures and compliance with applicable regulation; checking its content is your responsibility.
04Account and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate, for the security of your account and for all activity under it.
- Make sure the emergency contacts you define agree to be called and to receive your location in an emergency.
05Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use intercom channels for harassment, threats, hate speech, spam or unlawful content.
- Track or share another user’s location without their knowledge and consent.
- Reverse-engineer the app, attempt to access its source code or bypass security measures.
- Submit false crash reports or abuse the emergency flow.
- Manipulate the invite-and-earn system with fake accounts.

06Intellectual Property
The app, its design, logo, software and content belong to Waycon Technologies and are protected by applicable law. You receive a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to use it.
Content you upload (profile photo, report documents etc.) remains yours; you allow us to process it solely to provide the service.
07Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waycon is not liable for accidents, injury, property loss, data loss, communication outages, late or failed emergency notifications, or indirect damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
08Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app. Waycon may suspend or terminate your access if these Terms are violated. Upon termination your data is deleted within the periods described in the Privacy Policy.
09Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Users who qualify as consumers retain the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
10Changes and Contact
We may update the Terms; material changes are announced in the app and the effective date on this page is updated. Questions: info@wave.app or the contact form.
